PanTheryx, Inc. and our affiliate brands including DiaResQ and Global Gut Health Check (collectively “PanTheryx”, “we”, or “us”) have developed this privacy policy so that you will know how we collect, store, use and process information that you share with us when you interact with our websites, located at,, and, or any other website that links to this privacy policy (collectively, the “websites”).

What information do we collect?

When you use our websites, you may voluntarily provide personal information, including your name or email address.  You may provide this information, for example, when you sign up to receive industry related news, submit a comment on our blog, or when you complete a survey.

When you complete a survey, we will store your responses in an aggregated or anonymized manner.

How do we use your information?

The websites may contain links or references to other websites that are operated by third parties, including social media platforms.  This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of these other parties.  We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website that you visit.  Please note that information that you share via social media may be made available to the general public.

Digital Advertising & Website Analytics

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on our behalf and others’ on non-affiliated platforms.  Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the websites and other websites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices.  This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.
